Overview
This introductory course will teach you the features of the organization and management of analytical and machine learning projects.
The artifacts will be a strict plan of your project with an end goal and a calendar plan. We will observe how to solve various problems in your project correctly.

Prerequisites
You only need the idea of your project - together we will finalize it into a full-fledged formulation of the project. If you have experience working with projects, preparing and conducting presentations, this will be an advantage.

Grading
Anna has various experience in project and product management, startups, educational and research projects connected with machine learning, product analytics. She has started her career at Yandex (Russia’s biggest technology company specializing in Internet-related products and services) and worked with different projects such as machine learning in industrial applications, connected cars and online educational service.
Anna worked as the Head of Analytics position and built a team with four directions of working: product, marketing, and financial analytics, and data infrastructure. Besides, she has students at Higher School of Economics every year where they learn programming on Python.
