Artem has over 20 years of experience defining digital strategies and implementing business and technology transformations in organizations of all sizes.

His accolades include the development of Fintech projects for the investment company S8 Capital and leading the product delivery for the international technology startup Cybiko. As Managing Director at Accenture and PwC, he successfully designed and implemented business technology innovations. During his time as CTO for Ak Bars Bank, he implemented award-winning digital products.

Artem’s expertise combines identifying transformation opportunities, designing digital strategies and enterprise architectures, and implementing operating models enabled by cutting-edge technologies. He was consistently delivering innovative business solutions and implemented strategic changes, with a special focus on the financial services industry. To name a few accomplishments, he designed an instant payment system, an omnichannel digital banking platform, an operational process mining framework, a bancassurance platform, a risk and finance analytics solution.

Artem has studied applied mathematics and physics and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Moscow Phystech. His credentials include a PhD and an Academy Medal for research in artificial intelligence, knowledge-based systems, and decision analysis. He is a Certified Director by the Institute of Directors in the UK.
