Prim Jitcharoongphorn

Prim Jitcharoongphorn is the Chairman of the Executive Board at Allied Metals (Thailand) Co., Ltd. a company her father founded over 50 years ago. The company is one of the forerunners in Asia providing effective and innovative total solutions for high-end professional kitchens for leading hotels and restaurants.

Founded in 1971, the company has established their name in the business for effective design, high quality equipment and impeccable workmanship in addition to their certified repair and maintenance service technicians. Their work can be seen at many leading hotels, restaurants, and flight kitchens in Asia. The company has expanded regionally covering ASEAN countries, India, Sri Lanka and Maldives where the tourism industry scene is being developed.

On the personal level, Prim is a devoted food enthusiast. She is privileged to work closely with celebrated chefs from around the world and has grown to be as fanatical about food. Her love for food and passion to work with the next generation chefs found her a new venture in professional culinary training and food startup incubation at The Food School, Bangkok devoting to work with the next generation professional food Champions.

She is an active member of Young President Organization (YPO Thailand Gold Chapter) where she leant her leadership skill and developed her network of peers around the world who share the same values.
