Levan Dalbashvili

Levan is an AI Engineer focused on building reliable, production-ready AI systems, from ML pipelines to deployment, data, and security.

At NexaCore, he is building Device Check, an AI platform that enables insurers to assess the condition of used phones directly from a customer’s browser using hardware diagnostics, IMEI OCR, and vision-based LLMs for damage scoring.

He has deployed AI systems on Google Cloud, including MCP-based multi-agent workflows, RAG over 40,000+ conversations, and OCR/LLM pipelines for document processing. His focus is on practical AI: accuracy, cost-efficiency, reliability, and real-world impact.

Levan entered engineering through competitive programming, competing at ICPC Asia Regionals and Thailand national competitions. Outside of technology, chess remains a constant — he is a three-time Georgian national champion and holds a 2000+ rating on Chess.com.
