Mariëlle van Genderen
Faculty Profile
As a creative with over 13 years of experience in editorial and brand design, Mariëlle collaborates on commissioned projects through Studio&, partnering with Cathelijn Kruunenberg. Their specialization lies in art direction, crafting visual identities, innovative graphic design, and engaging editorial design.
Cathelijn is crazy about color, while Mariëlle works wonders with grids. Together, they bring over 14 years of design experience from their time at Frame, a publisher and design authority where they met. There, they meticulously examined tactile finishing samples for magazine covers and reviewed bold print proofs for books. Their shared passion for design, craftsmanship, and innovation propelled them further into the design world, working with independent designers, architects, and brands.
They have had the opportunity to collaborate with Auping, Google Cloud Nordics, Kiki van Eijk and Joost van Bleiswijk, Hugo Boss, i29 architects, Mini BMW, UNStudio, West 8, and Vitra.
