Srilekha Akula

Srilekha has 15+ years of experience maturing and scaling organisations, establishing corporate governance and operating models (LinkedIn). She is a Computer Science graduate, and has worked as a Software Engineer, Engineering Management, and transitioned to focus on organisational chaos and breaking organisational silos. Her passion lies in building scalable organisations that broaden human possibilities using technology.

Srilekha leads the Geospatial Augmented Reality initiative & G Suite Enterprise Platform Program Portfolio at Google. She lives in the Silicon Valley and grateful being at a place that has been at the frontier of technological innovation.

Prior to Google, Srilekha was the Director of Program Delivery Services, PMO and Workforce Management for UnitedHealth Group (Optum and United Healthcare) leading strategic cross-organisational initiatives such as Cloud Enablement & Transformation and Analytics Platform. Srilekha was also an independent consultant helping organisations during their critical transformational phase.

Outside Google, Srilekha volunteers as Board of Director of PCs For People, a non-profit, helping bridge the digital divide in the communities by providing the necessary tools in the hands of low-income individuals.
