Overview

Financial Modelling can be an art form. Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets are the canvases on which to build the financial blueprint of a startup, projecting numbers to test the viability of a business. As with all good designs, it should be intuitive in its structure and elegant in the way it illustrates complexity.

This hands-on course goes into the structure of your startup Financial Model, from reviewing the input of core assumptions and key metrics influencing costs and revenues, to testing how realistic your financing strategy and projection scenarios really are. Very interactive and participative, each project will be reviewed and discussed through the scrutinising lens of the mighty spreadsheet!

Learning highlights

  • Building on the Startup Funding for Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurship - Real Life Decision Making courses, this course aims to go deeper into how to build sound financial projections and best practices when structuring a good model to support your financing strategy.
