Overview
In highly transformative times opportunities are everywhere. Many new businesses, start-ups, industries emerge in these periods. Creating and building a successful capstone is not trivial. How to create a truly impactful, fast-growing and vibrating company where business is thriving, employees and partners are driven and energized and true impact is achieved?
Learning highlights
- The objective is to learn and apply the mindset and tools of high performing companies to your capstone (or in general). We will study theory and practical examples. We will further build on the initial learning of Exponential Organizations. We will learn about corporate lifecycles and will reflect on its implications for your capstone/businesses and we will look deeper into the leadership aspect of successful capstones/businesses. To maximise the value of the class, it is recommended to have your own capstone or be part of a capstone. True learning happens through practical application.

Hannes S. Chopra is the CEO of RaSa Future Fund, a private equity fund investing into early stage technological start-ups disrupting the financial/insurance world. He is also the CEO of RaSa Consulting UG, a boutique leadership development firm.
Hannes is passionate about personal and leadership transformation of executives and leaders. ‘The next 10 years belong to us, humans. Yes. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate signed by the director of the program your course belonged to.
Do I need a visa?
This depends on your case. Please check with the Spanish or Thai consulate in your country of residence about visa requirements. We will do our part to provide you with the necessary documents, such as the Certificate of Enrollment.
Can I get a discount?
Yes. The easiest way to enroll in a course at a discounted price is to register for multiple courses. Registering for multiple courses will reduce the cost per individual course.
