Overview
Understanding business accounting, corporate finance and taxes is basic for people who need to comprehend accounting information and financial reports.
Entrepreneurs need to use and understand all the information given by a company in order to make profit, turn profit into cash flow, and control the assets and liabilities of their business.
A basic familiarity with accounting and financial statements is useful in order to make good business decisions.
Learning highlights
- Make students and future entrepreneurs achieve basic knowledge in accounting, corporate finance and the Spanish tax system in order to provide capacity to understand the background of business and its information.

Prerequisites
This course is one of three in a wholistic series.
Students that have already taken MSL-111 and those with prior experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript building simple web pages will be good candidates for this module.
With more than 15 years as partner and general manager of different legal firms and assuming CEO and CFO positions in commercial companies and startups.
Degree in Economics (University of Barcelona) and different postgraduate.
