Overview
The law for entrepreneurs is a course designed for those students who do not intend to exercise a legal profession but are supposed to be faced with various legal issues in their day-to-day professional activity. The purpose of the module is to provide the students with the basic knowledge of legal terms and definitions and to develop the right reflexes and skills through the analysis of the problems that usually occurs to every business owner and manager.
Learning highlights
- The module is not typical compared to the courses taught in law schools provided that the idea is not to grow up futures lawyers but to prepare young businessmen to the real life.
- The main objective of the course is to develop the basic legal related reflexes and minimum of drafting skills required for safe operation of the business without reliance on the professional advisors.

Prerequisites
This course is one of three in a wholistic series.
Students that have already taken MSL-111 and those with prior experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript building simple web pages will be good candidates for this module.
Double qualified lawyer admitted to the bar associations of Paris and Moscow, managing partner of KAMS law firm, Teimour Agaev practice is focused on rendering legal services to both companies and individuals within their international projects.
These services include consulting in commercial, corporate, copyright and tax law matters, assisting the entrepreneurs within their projects of cross border mergers and acquisitions, representation of the client’s interests in litigation or within the alternative dispute resolution procedures.
