Skills you’ll learn
Overview
During this course you will learn the essentials and practicalities of starting a company, how to use the business model canvas and lean startup to work out your value proposition, how to validate your idea and how to take the next steps in launching your company. We’ll use best practices learned by Don Ritzen, who’s invested in over 150 early stage businesses. Although 35% of them failed, 65% are still growing, and some of them even generate tens of millions of revenue.
Finally, we’ll focus on helping you develop a top performing team and developing individual leadership, which is the #1 reason for both success and failure.

Ideally you enter this course not by yourself but with a team; meaning that you have 2 or 3 persons in your team from either design or technology bachelor or master that take this course with you.
